At Olivia & Grace, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned pieces must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags still attached.

Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier at any authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt to monitor its journey back to our studio.
